Masaka Backpackers provides hostel accommodations, both dormitaries and private rooms, and a campground. We have a 24-hour front desk, restaurant and bar, terrace, barbecue facilities, and a big green garden. At the hostel, the majority of the rooms are complete with a private bathroom, while a few rooms have shared bathrooms for our guests to choose from. Guests at the accommodations can enjoy a breakfast, lunch and dinner in our restaurant. Masaka is a popular stopover on the way to Tanzania, Rwanda, or Kampala for both tourist groups and independent travelers. Lake Nabugabo Wetland System is 13 mi from Masaka Backpackers.
