The dining room is beautifully attired with leather booths, linen-robed tables and white chairs, but make no mistake, the seasonal, seafood-forward prix-fixe takes center stage. Regional products serve as the inspiration for Italian leaning cuisine—pasta mixed with diced abalone and halved spot prawns is topped with Santa Barbara uni procured from a local diver.
