This necropolis is one of this ancient city's most beautiful sights. Access is through a huge maze of rocks. The whole mountain is studded with tombs, most of which have been dug out of the rock; others are purpose-built vaults covered with enormous monoliths. The necropolis overlooks the ruins of a small fortified monastery built on a rock. Magnificent point of view.
